Known as the “Pearl of the Orient,” Hong Kong is a major economic force in the Asia Pacific region and is renowned for its highly ranked economic freedom, quality of life, and financial competitiveness. Hong Kong has positioned itself as very welcoming to the MLM industry and is ripe for an influx of new network marketing opportunities. We already have several Chinese-speaking Associates who have established contacts in Hong Kong, so we expect immediate and explosive growth in this exciting new market.
Our official opening meeting will be held on
Saturday, November 2. This grand opening will be the kick-off event for the commencement of business in Hong Kong. Max President Jim Stevralia will lead the festivities and will welcome special guests Scott Momii and Scott Nagasawa.

The Hong Kong office opens Monday, November 4
th and will support Max Associates in both Cantonese and English languages. The office hours are Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Why is Hong Kong such an important new market for Max?
Hong Kong represents a tremendous opportunity for Max Associates because of its strong economics and favorable business history. As a bustling and thriving city that welcomes and recognizes many international MLM companies, Hong Kong serves as the perfect location for Max International’s newest market. With the large number of Chinese speaking Associates in our existing markets who already have contacts in Hong Kong, we see this as a significant new market for Max and our Associates.
How will the business function and Associates be supported in Hong Kong?
Our business plan for Hong Kong provides you with all the services necessary to operate your business effectively and to leverage assistance (in both English and Chinese) from our Max Customer Care representatives. We will ship products to you and your Associates from our facility, or you can pick up your orders from our office in Tsim Sha Tsui (Kowloon).
How do I sign up my prospects?
Signing up prospects is identical to the process used in all of our existing markets. It is important that each prospect
must present a valid government issued Hong Kong identification number in order to enroll as a Max Associate. Prospects can enroll simply by entering the URL www.max.com/hk/yourID number to enroll from the Hong Kong website. Alternatively, you can enroll new Associates from your Max4U Associate replicated website under the Hong Kong flag tab, using your Associate ID Number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Upon enrolling, they will receive a Max identification number.
Also, you can download an Associate application or a Preferred Customer application and fax them to the office to be processed. After enrolling, new Associates need to go into their Virtual Office to sign up for commission payments via direct deposit and step-by-step instructions on how to setup direct deposit. An Associate’s commissions will continue to accrue until this process is completed.
What is the Enrollment Security PIN and how is it used to enroll?
When a new prospect residing in Hong Kong enrolls online they are required to submit the enrollment pin of their sponsor. This secondary security measure is in place to safeguard your business. We encourage all Sponsors to always meet any new prospects in person to develop a productive business relationship before you provide them with your enrollment security PIN.
Log onto your Virtual Office to find your enrollment PIN. When the Hong Kong site goes live you’ll be able to download an Associate application or a Preferred Customer application click and fax the application to our Hong Kong office.
How do I receive my commissions?
The Secondary Bonus (Fast Track commissions) is paid weekly every Wednesday, and the Primary Bonus (Monthly commissions) is paid on the 15th of the following month. Commissions are paid via our online system called MyMaxPay. This program gives you total control and flexibility in how you receive your commissions. Here are some key benefits:
- You can access your commission balances online, anytime, anywhere.
- You can immediately transfer commissions to your bank account.
- You can transfer funds to a prepaid Max International Visa card for greater convenience.
- You can access your account through your smart phone to review balances or to make transfers.
- You can purchase product directly through your MyMaxPay accounts.

How do I pay for my orders or application?
When ordering online you can pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). When ordering at our Hong Kong office you can pay with credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or cash.
If you do not have a credit card, you may pay by bank transfer. Deposit the correct amount to Max’s HSBC account (Account Number 023-202344-838), then fax a copy of the stamped deposit slip and your order and/or application to our Hong Kong office (Fax Number: 852 3547 0232). Scanned copies of the deposit slip and application can be emailed to hksupport@max.com. Please note any bank transfer fees are for your account.
Do Max products have an official Hong Kong Registration Number?
Currently, health supplements sold in Hong Kong are not subject to official registration and approval through the local health department. However, the department does provide very specific guidelines for the importers and manufacturers of health supplements. Specifically, the importers and manufacturers are provided detailed requirements to ensure their health supplements comply with the safety and quality standards of the ministry.
To ensure the good reputation of Max International and the products made available to the public in Hong Kong, Max has employed local third-party regulation assistance to provide thorough guidance on prohibited substances as well as specifications on the limits and types of the ingredients that can be included. Max will only sell products acceptable under the department’s guidelines.

The market will open with three of Max’s flagship products, MaxOne™, Max N-Fuze™ and MaxATP™ as well as our extraordinary line of skin care products, Visible Solutions™.
