What Type of Antioxidant Do We Need???
Exogenous Antioxidant
If we will take Exogenous Antioxidant like the famous Vitamin C and Vitamin E, we are protecting our cells from being damaged, but it can not repair or restore damaged cells. It is important exogenous antioxidants like Vitamin C and Vitamin E can not do their job adequately to protect our body against disease.
Endogenous Antioxidant Glutathione GSH
Glutathione GSH plays a very important role in DNA. Healthy DNA is essential to prevent mutated cells from replicating itself which will lead to Cancer.
