AFRICA’S ROAD TO DIAMOND: MEMORIES MADE IN MAURITIUS

Oh What An Amazing Adventure!

Max International’s 2016 Road to Diamond Africa Event

A Wonderful Success!

The 2016 Road to Diamond Africa event took place at the fabulous Shandrani Resort and Spa, on the beautiful island of Mauritius.
The qualified associates arrived on the eve of Friday, the 22nd of July, 2016 . Attendees were served cool drinks and some cookies while checking in. They enjoyed the breathtaking view of the hotel lobby while taking their welcome refreshments. The total number of attendees was 48, which included  qualified Gold Associates, Platinum Associates, Diamond Associates, and Crown Diamonds, Chris and Tammy Gingras, as well as corporate staff from the three African markets.
That evening, we had the welcome dinner and afterwards went to the dance floor for some wonderful dance moves. It was a very exciting way to begin this event.
The next day was for fun activities. We had some glass bottom boat rides, kayaking, paddling, swimming, long tennis and water skiing and speed boat rides. This was a good way to get the stress off after a long journey and to prepare for the training sessions.
All attendees dressed elegantly in their official attires for the training sessions on the third day. There were smiles on all faces, ready to learn something new from the Crown Diamonds and Diamond Associates. Africa Corporate staff: Tekle Menelik, Augustine Kokukorkor, Miriam Mahama and Delali Sakou gave warm welcome words to all associates.
Diamond Associate Kofi Nyarko-Pong started the training with the topic, Diamond Mindset. The next topic was The Art of Conversation-Principles & Practice which was led by Diamond Associate Kelvin Owusu.  Diamond Associate Albert Sedohia trained on the topic The Art of Duplication (See, Do, Teach), followed by Diamond Associate Bright Wiredu on the topics Mapping Your Success/Time Allocation and How to Promote the Products Ethically. Crown Diamonds Chris and Tammy Gingras ended the training with the topics Attributes of Leadership and Summary of all Modules. The floor was then opened for questions from all participants. The number of people who asked questions and gave contributions was very encouraging depicting that they are so ready and eager to rank higher.
The fourth day in Mauritius was another fruitful day. We had an open forum where all participants gave their views on what makes their businesses move smoothly and also gave ideas on what they need to be implemented to help them. After this we had a Max quiz. It was very educational and fun as well. There were three groups with three people in each group. Questions on the science behind the products, Compensation Plan, Ambassadors of Max, Leaders of Max International and many others were posed to the participants to see their knowledge in the entire business they are in. The winning group was announced and presented with souvenirs as awards. Even those who did not take part in the quiz learned a lot from this and will definitely keep it in mind and teach their business partners.
A day trip to Grand Baie on the northern shore of Mauritius was organized and started with a picnic on the beach. The Road to Diamond attendees then visited the area’s commercial district to shop for friends and family back home. Group photos were taken to have a remarkable remembrance of this event and its location. This was the final day. We had the farewell dinner at night with an entertaining cultural dance known as the Sega dance. We had no option than to join the dance, because it was so inviting.
This Road to Diamond Africa has been a very successful event and everyone who attended came back with lasting memories, inspired and motivated to continue sharing the Max opportunity and building their Max business.
We Are Max
