- If the Associate or Customer can wait for the product, they can leave their Auto-Ship or normal order as it is and, once the product arrives, Max will process their credit card and ship the order.
- If the Associate or Customer needs and wants the Visible Solutions System and cannot wait, we recommend ordering the individual Visible Solutions products that are sold separately:
- Purifying Cleanser
- One Minute Wonder
- Facial Serum
- Soothing Moisturizer
- As a reminder, Personal Volume (PV) and Commissionable Volume (CV) of an item are posted when product is in stock and once the credit card is charged. If the Associate or Customer are relying on the Visible Solutions System to meet the PV and CV for their monthly volume requirements, then they must order the individual Visible Solutions Face Care Products, or any of Max’s other products to total whatever volume necessary to qualify for commissions and/or carry forward volume.
